LA VISTA AL MAR

Quiero compartir mi mala experiencia en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegué, me di cuenta de que algo no estaba bien. Las habitaciones están muy viejas y necesitan una remodelación urgente. Pero lo peor fue cuando me quedé encerrado en el baño ¡10 veces! No es broma, tuve que golpear la puerta para que alguien me escuchara y me dejara salir. Pero eso no fue todo. El aire acondicionado y el teléfono no funcionaban, lo que me hizo sentir como en una pesadilla. Y las almohadas... eran como piedras, duras y viejas. No pude dormir bien en toda la noche. La comida fue la gropia de la experiencia. El día que llegué, la comida parecía de cárcel. Me quejé con el personal, pero no hicieron nada. Les pedí que me regresaran mi dinero, pero se negaron. En resumen, mi estancia en este hotel fue un desastre. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. La atención al cliente es pésima y la calidad de las instalaciones y servicios es inaceptable.

The food was good and varied. New Years Eve buffet was beyond incredible. Most of the wait staff were pleasant and helpful. Drinks were top shelf. Rooms were comfortable, cleaning staff were efficient and reliable.

Definitely not good value for the money, and I question the validity of their '5 stars'. Besides lounging and drinking by the pool, there were very little activities available. The beach although private, was difficult to enjoy due to large and rough rocks along the shore. There were several inconveniences during the trip, minor but definitely put a damper on what's supposed to be a 5 star experience. From what I gathered there seems to be a problem with management as employees although they tried their best, lack proper top-down leadership. Would not return.

Main issue was the AC/room temp It was SO hot the whole time and the temperature is controlled by management and maintained at 22-23 which is too hot and uncomfortable for us specifically for the baby The room was so dated. The bathroom had mold around the tub screen. Toilet flushing didn't work properly. Baby's crib was not safe (no mattress and they placed a blanket and a couple of sheets in layers in place of mattress) Property is located on a hill and it is NOT easy to get around with a baby stroller and an older grandmother. LOTS of stairs to get everywhere We upgraded to family selection but never got a room, just got the benefits. Later found out that family selection side rooms are much better/bigger/cleaner Won't be back in the future

The hotel has a lot of activities for kids and family

Organization, the menu to eat has written one thing and when you get it has another thing. Be careful when you book a family selection has benefits this is not written somewhere, but if you book in a deluxe or normal bedroom it’s a different aérea. Because we were family of 6, 3 adults 3 kids, we book in a family selection but the other room was faraway from us, so we have to paid extra to be in the same area.
