Extended Stay America Suites San Jose Edenvale North

I've stayed at quite a few Extended Stay America locations over the years, and this was by far the worst experience. Check-in took over 30 minutes, which felt incredibly long after a day of traveling. They required IDs from every adult staying in the rooms, and at first wouldn't let me check into both rooms even though both reservations were under my name. We were told all four adults needed to be present before they would complete the check-in process. The rooms were very outdated and not well maintained. Several lights didn't work, there was mold in the shower, and there wasn't even shampoo in the room. After asking for some at the front desk, we were given one tiny bottle for a room with four people. The worst part was finding stains on the sheets. At nearly $240 per night, this hotel was way overpriced for what it offered. I've always found Extended Stay America properties to be clean, comfortable, and dependable, which is why this stay was so disappointing. Unfortunately, this location fell far below expectations.

Mia was awesome and incredibly helpful and pleasant to interact with. She’s a real problem solver and should be put in a management or supervisor track!!!! Go MIA

The property needs a serious refresh.

Bathroom smells like paint no curtains on the shower TV was awful

The location worked well for us. The bed was actually very comfortable

The ENTIRE hotel needs to be renovated! Our room/kitchen area was old and dirty. Spider webs on the windows. We didn’t need to cook during our stay but the little stove top looked like it would have burned the whole room down if we did!
