Staff, very friendly and at the same time professional.

Room: decent enough space Breakfast: Not adequate. For this rental it should offer better breakfast options, like boiled egg, juice, water, breads, jam, toaster, fruits etc. Changes to the reservation through third party apps is not honored by this hotel. My reservation change to the checkout date to 8May from 10May was not accepted by the administrator and are NOT ready to listen and help to understand. Issues reported are not attended on priority. Drinking water also not available in this hotel.

Breakfast was trash couldn’t swim in the pool because they put us in the wrong building and some dude passed out in the lobby. The people that worked the front desk didn’t know anything.

Absolutely nothing, walked in to the room and it smelled liked dog piss. All the kitchen cabinet doors were open all the desser drawers were pulled open. There were no plates, cups, utensils, pots or pans. Apparently you have to go down to the front t desk and afford them and when we did nothing was available. From the smell of the room the lingers in the onto the bedding and the sheets smelled. The bathroom sink was clogged. The microwave door didn't open.

I didn't like the fact that there are homeless people living in the back of the parking lot and apparently one got into the building and at 6 am in the morning the pulled the fire alarm. I wish I took pictures. I've stayed at an extended Stay America down in Santa Barbara, never a problem this was horrible.
