Did not feel safe

It was ok ….the room is fine

The older lady at night running the desk was polite.But the hotel would not accept cash for payment..even though they had my debit card in file for the reservation..I had rode in on a Greyhound bus from visiting my oldest daughter and I was🙃 tired ..ImTii late to make😀😍another reservation ....

While the actual room was clean, with a great air conditioner and shower, the halls, stairways, and parking lot were filled with litter. The third floor smelled like dogs and was littered with lots of debris. The stairwell floor was very dirty as well.

It had good invalid facilites.

The invalid room had dirty bathroom floor and dirty windows . A few cockroaches in bathroom .

Breakfast looked ridiculous, but I don't eat breakfast. Actually, when did hotels decide they were actually B & Bs?

It’s a nice place

When I tried to check in for my reservation, the gentleman at the counter told me that he could not speak to me right now that something was going on. There was a fight in the building and then it would be quite a while and I should do something else so I waited around for 30 minutes and then I decided to find another room because I was tired from a long layover And then I got charged for it. That was the second time that I’ve been to this business where the police were coming to this facility because of fighting other than that it’s a nice place but I just am not happy that I got charged. I’m trying to get my money back now this gentleman would not even take my name and see that I had a reservation. I told him I had a reservation. He would not speak to me

Place was ok to sleep but nothing special about it. Still has popcorn ceiling, no coffee in room, no shampoo or lotion, no blow dryer, etc. not convenient but we were able to sleep. Pet friendly was a plus!
