Hotel room was excellent, super clean and comfy. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely and kids ate free which was a real bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Maybe allocated parking for guests since it did take us time to find parking.

my name is Lee Moran and I am the Customer Operations Director for a company called Tag Systems Uk. I am sharing this context to show that I am very experienced at leading customer service teams due to the fact that I was so impressed with a lady called Debbie who served me on reception. I booked the room for my mum and dad, (dad’s 70th) they were seeing the Bowie show at the empire theatre. I checked my parents in at reception and Debbie was outstanding. She is naturally such a customer focussed professional, you are very lucky to have her on your team. She would be an asset to any business. I’d like to thank her for all of her efforts. The next day when my mum and dad were checking out she remembered and asked them if my dad had a great birthday. Little thing like this go a long away. Very impressive.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een van ons was jarig en na dit gemeld te hebben kwam er een stukje cake met een kaarsje op; een fijne attentie. Het kamermeisje liet voor iedereen een vriendelijk briefje na; dankjewel Caz. Voor autoreizigers niet onbelangrijk, er is een parking vlak naast het hotel voor auto tot 1.98 cm

Er mochten wat groenten op het ontbijtbuffet staan, dat hebben we een beetje gemist.
