The room was excellent. Very spacious, very clean with new fixtures and fittings. lots of wardrobe space. Quality towels and drinks facilities

I didn’t like the strong coffee but the waitress offered to make me a weaker blend by having half coffee and halve hot water which was really appreciated. I wasn’t impressed with the fire evacuations. More needs to be done in the event of a fire.

staff in the morning in the cafe area and reception were really helpful enjoyed the view from the day lounge/dining room it is lime st station very historic and interesting we were served a light breakfast even though it was outside of brekfast time the room was clean and comfortable the common parts we tastefully decorated quiet and well maintained

VIEWS FROM THE ROOM WERE DREADFUL. THE ROUTE FROM THE CAR PARK TO RECEPTION FELT A LITTLE UNSAFE, WE DID ARRIVE LATE AT NIGHT WHICH MENT THE CAR PARK WAS DESSERTED WITH A FEW VAGRANTS HERE AND THERE AND A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE

The location was ideal, so close to the station, shops, pub and restaurants.what’s not to like. Great to have iron and ironing board in the room .

The only thing that we missed was an in room safe, but not a big deal.
