La tranquilidad del lugar. La linda vista. La limpieza. La cercanía con la estcion de cercanías y un centro comercial moderno y grande. Asimismo los servicios de cocina y refrigerador.

A pesar de que la lavadora estaba malograda lo solucionaron dejándome lavar en otro cuarto.
