Buena iluminación y espacio cómodo separando zona de cama con zona de comedor. Buena ubicación si tienes coche bien conectado con Moncloa.

El váter se atascaba continuamente, y no hay allí personal ninguno para facilitar el trato, hay que llamar por teléfono aunque esta asistencia es rápida. La cama muy pequeña para dos personas e incómoda.

La atención del personal, incluso estando la recepción cerrada, al intentar hacer el checking electrónico, hubo un problema con la máquina y en el teléfono de emergencias respondieron en seguida y resolvieron la incidencia. Especial mención también a Samira, saltó una alarma contra incendios de madrugada(posiblemente provocada por un graciosillo) y se portó como una verdadera profesional y no paró hasta que se comprobó que era una falsa alarma.

El civismo o más bien la falta de él de algún huésped después de las once

Nada me gustó llegué a las 12 y media de la noche entré a la habitación me duché y a media hora sonó la alarma de incendios nos quedamos fuera una hora y algo y no e podido dormir una estafa no me devolvieron el dinero por una situación de miedo

No me gustó nada llegamos tarde y sonó la alarma de fuego incendio nos salimos fuera una hora y algo después subimos y no dormimos de miedo

"Extraordinaria estancia"

El apartamento 214 fue perfecta, su distribución, equipamiento (encimera, nevera, lavadora, microondas, vistas), además del parking, desayuno incluido, alrededores dentro del recinto (césped, sillas, mesas, etc..). Teníamos la reserva en TH La Florida, pero nos derivaron a TH Aravaca por cambiar a cama doble.
