El personal fue muy amable cuando estaba disponible

Quizá un poco más de control sería necesario. El personal hace lo que puede, pero siempre se puede mejorar. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente y la chica durante el check out fue muy amable y se disculpó por los inconvenientes.
