Every things were perfect. I love the place. Its like you live in the middle of jungle. The stuff is like your family not like a worker. They always ready to help you at any time.

The service by every staff especially Ngurah the front desk manager, Krisna the assistant manager and the 18 yo staff that serve my villa furing my whole stay. Like it that they provide free laundry service everyday.

Staff were very helpful when asked to assist. Breathtaking views !!! Size of villas was very good.

Breakfast choices were poor and not much variety day to day. There were lots of small issues with facilities than needed fixing e.g light on the balcony weren't working, pool light was out and couldn't not be fixed. Overall satellite of property was outdated and not as appeared in the promo pictures. Spa prices were overpriced.
