The front desk people were super friendly. Our room was very nicely decorated and clean. The service on the rooftop was friendly. Bartenders weren’t very attentive. Rooftop food was good. Unfortunately, we came during renovation so the lobby and the downstairs restaurant was closed.

"Heated Rivalry Night was Everything, so it was a good stay"

"Great spot!"

Really nice hotel! We stayed in the newer Walnut Tower. Rooms were large & clean. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants. Parking garage was attached and had plenty of parking spots available (valet is an option but we did self park). If staying in Walnut Tower you do have to take the garage elevator to the ground level, go out and through the doors to the walnut tower, use your room key to access the building (love this security feature), and then take another elevator back up to your room. That got a little tedious, but it was fine. There’s a terrace bar, all staff members that we came in contact with were very friendly. Would stay here again. The hotel is downtown but was not even remotely loud in the room.
