"The “plus” has no meaning here."

I liked the price, but…

…I got what I paid for. We had to use Raid thanks to the bugs that kept coming in. The sheets, blankets and towels had stains. There were no plates and very few bowls one morning for breakfast. Folks were eating from napkins, which also ran out. So is the “plus” for “plus” bugs, “plus” stains, “plus” issues at breakfast, etc?

The location is great

The room, I'm sure it was amazing when it was new because it's cute but it has so many details, even a fly was welcoming us 😔 , the AC is very noisel and the shower was clogged. When I talked to the guy at the reception, (night shift) he said there was nothing he could do, the fly was normal in the room, and for the shower, he needed to make a note for the day after, but it was never fixed anyway. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Personally, I also bought my soap. The elevator has an intense pet store scent 😄 I had to cancel a first booking, so when I made the second one, I double-checked the first one was canceled, but the hotel canceled my brother's. Thankfully, I had a cancelation number, and the girl at the reception in the morning was amazing and made the change. Also, they removed the late cancelation fee, which I HIGHLY APPRECIATE
