Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff personnel were efficient, professional, and courteous. Thank you.

TV controller did not work. Bathroom tub faucet could not be adjusted to take a bath (it was stuck in shower position). All else OK.

Great location and service

Bathroom was‘t great - tub seemed dirty and had no plug.

The staff was kind. The TV worked. The location and parking were great. Breakfast was very basic, but it was hot and tasted okay.

Our Booking.com reservation worked, but the family in front of us had a reservation number, were charged, and Booking.com never paid Holiday Inn Express, so they couldn't stay. There were no rooms available. Additionally, there was hair on the sheets when we pulled the bedding down; there was a dirty Q-tip on the floor under the sink; the caulk in the tub was moldy; the telephone in the room did not work; and the people in the room above us were very loud. Lastly, we couldn't find the light switch for the light above the closet. We called the main desk (via cellphone), and the two employees discussed it, but had no idea where the switch was located or how to turn the light off. We eventually found a small, round switch and turned it off.

Location was perfect for the venue we were attending. Staff were friendly and parking was easy.

The room lacked curtains, so light from outside interferred with sleep. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable and an additional blanket would have been nice. Bathroom was a bit spartan.

Very clean accommodations. Bed and bedding are so very comfortable. Staff friendly and available for your questions and needs. Hats off to the cleaning staff, great work. Breakfast was a notch better than most hotels.

The value and the fantastic room was very clean. Walking in the lobby it smell red so fresh and clean. It was also close to the highway yet super quiet!
