The view, the room, the area

The bathtub & whirlpool had a bunch of hair in both

I slept well and the staff was very nice.

I would like AmericInn to renovate the rooms some. The tv did not work well with bad reception and cut out from time to time. The faucet was so loud when on fully. I was fine but it could be “spruced up” some.

The pool was nice and the breakfast was good

Half of the lights didn’t work and the bathroom door does not shut properly

My bed was good and the pillows.

I was unable to adjust the temperature of the heater in the room. I would turn down the temperature but it didn't change the level of the heat. I just had to shut it off to cool down the room. I wasn't pleased when I called on my checkout day that was in the middle of bad snowstorm to request a later checkout time and they just gave an excuse and said "no". It's a blizzard I'm certain they were not getting any new check ins that day!! I would not stay at this hotel again. It was very noisy, lots of running screaming kids late at night and slamming doors.
