"Just go to the holiday in a cross the street"

The jacuzzi didnt work so they moved us to a suite. Got moved only to find put that there wasn't any hot water. Was offered 60% off for the night. I requested a refund and went to the Holiday in across the street

Room was falling apart, including towel rack above toilet and shower bar. Was also missing trim around entry tile area where it looked like it was ripped off with exposed and damaged drywall. Is faucet was extremely squeaky.

"I’ll never stay at your residence again"

First off I’ll say this the first location I went to kick me out because I hit my vape inside the building and I was charged for two nights. I was there for 45 minutes. Same day I went to the next location by the same company stayed in this place had no issues Then they up and decide they want to move me on Thanksgiving to a different room for no apparent reason, needless to say, I paid you guys over $1000 in a week in your rooms are only $90 a night. Explain this to me.

All the staff besides the cleaning staff were extremely disrespectful
