Nothing to like.

Dirty, broken toilet and surly staff that argued the reservation.

I liked the fact they had a pool and got tub, that's the reason I booked. Hot tub and pool were unavailable. I just got done paying less for the Hampton in Colorado. I bought a swimsuit so I could go swimming for the first time in ten years and there was no access.

My room was dirty, I could tell the sink hadn't been washed or the bathtub. There was mold in the vent that was hanging in bathroom.

The one lady at the front desk was very nice

The hot tub was broken, did not know that when room was reserved, the pool was cold, breakfast was not very good, I had to ask for coffee at breakfast because there was none, this hotel needs a complete redo looks like they painted the walls themselves, if you want people to stay here you have to make sure it looks good and pay for the upkeep. I will not stay there again,or recommend it to anyone else. I thought the Americ Inn franchise had standards?

Before I even booked a room I called to double check hot tub was working. Was told YES. I book a room, drive 5 hours only to find out hot tub and pool have been broke for months. No negotiating any kind of refund from these people. Went across the road to holiday inn and express. Amazing customer service, hot tub, pool area.

Friendly staff

The vents in bathroom need to be cleaned more often, toilet didn't flush very well. It was very icy outside, ice melt was put outside the doors but not the sidewalks. The outside door security locks weren't maintained at all.

Staff was nice and good breakfast

The pool was so hot u couldn't barley touch it so they closed it down and that is the main reason we booked there

There was no breakfast.

Parts of the room looked old and rusty (carpet and paneling). The pillows are hard and uncomfortable.
