Excellent breakfast

I would have liked more international/spice free options on the lunch/dinner menu

Hotel Shankar is magnificent to say the least. The staff were very nice, the Cosy Kailash restaurant was excellent. Overall highly recommended.

The only complain or nitpick is that the washrooms are small. But for the theme that Hotel Shankar is going for this is to expect.

Breakfast was just exceptional with a wide variety of food, both western and local. All the staff (from the front desk, restaurant to the housekeeping staff), were polite, friendly, and helpful whenever I asked for any assistance. As this was my first trip to Kathmandu, the front desk staff and their kindness and assistance made it very easy to find my way around the city.

The bathroom needs upgrading as the toilet, sink etc. looked dingy. The business center was not located in a quiet place. As I was on a business trip and had to take some meeting there, it was too loud and therefore unpleasant. If not for these two negative aspects, I would give the hotel a ten rating.

宮殿建築を少し堪能出来る

お湯が一定量使用すると水しか出ないので1人なら良いが家族だと辛い。 またベランダが鳩の糞だらけで不潔で清掃が行き届いておらず残念。
