City Center Apartment Project 3 by Creatan Houses

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable- don’t be put off by the external appearance of the building. It’s in a great location within an easy walking distance of the town, Port and bus stop to catch a bus to Knossos with a supermarket next door. There is cheap paid parking at the P1 Port nearby but be warned it is an uphill walk from there to the apartment. There is valet parking closer but it’s quite a bit more expensive. We appreciated the treats left for us including a bottle of wine. We also enjoyed a lovely meal in a restaurant nearby called Anchorage which was the only non smoking restaurant we have encountered in 3 months of travelling! We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Heraklion.

It was in a good location,the bed was comfortable and ther where shutters on the windows but no lights to come in in the morning.

When we arrived i was shocked outside it was a mess it was in a building it was on the first floor. The stairs were really dirty. couldn’t believe wear i booked because on the photos it looks really nice. I got into the apartment. It looked nice. But when I looked around outside from the balcony opposite it was really bad messy loads of black hair on the floor found some in the bed. It must had been from the last person that stayed there so it wasn’t clean properly in the shower ther was a stand that was rotten. Windows in the bathroom and in the kitchen was dirty. I had booked 2nighs there and only stayed 1night and left to stay somewhere else. I stayed in crete for 5days to travel and this was the worse room I stayed in. Am sorry but I would recommend it.

Right in the centre of town and an easy walk to the ferry port. The host is wonderful. I loved their attention to detail. They provided crisp bread and spreads for breakfast, a bottle on wine, lollies in the bed, all of which was very welcoming. The instructions for finding the place and checking in were very clean. It was clean. Bed very comfortable.

Great location. Great facilities, everything you would need for a short stay. Spotlessly clean. Nice touch with free wine and water. Great communication from host.

Everything was perfect! Definitely recommend, it's very spacious and well equipped. Also it's right in the city center and has a supermarket very close by.

Spacious and modern. Lots of extras, coffee, snacks, water ,raki etc. Host provided lots of useful information for places to go in the area.

Foyer, lift, stairs really spoilt the place. Once inside, a sense of relief.

Perfect location, the apartment had everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and helpful too, so the place is really recommended.

The only thing which I could mention is the noise, the neighbours are quite noisy, but after 10pm, we could rest, so there was no problem.
