City Center Apartment Project 3 by Creatan Houses

We had a lovely 3 nights on this apartment it was very central to all the sites and restaurants. The apartment was easy to find and access with key in the key box there was excellent communication with the owner/ management. We found on street parking very near but think we were lucky as arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The apartment was clean, very comfortable with everything to make a comfortable stay, it also had a washing machine and good basic kitchen equipment. Also although very central it’s was also quiet too.

Location was great and it was awesome to be able to do laundry!

The pullout couch/ bed was extremely uncomfortable! It really should not be counted as an extra bed. The only reason the extra bed worked for us was because our 7 yo kid slept on it. The other bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.

Location was good

Sofa was extremly unconfortable.

Well equipped. Good communication with owner. Cosy. Clean. Comfy bed. Location in the city center is both a disadvantage and an advantage, so it's good to know what you're choosing.

Wifi should be better. Noisy neighbours

Location was excellent. Short walk to city centre, restaurants ams waterfront area.

Needs to review information printout and include items such as how washing machine works, what to do with rubbish, when apartment will be serviced. Apartment is good but could just give a little more attention to cleaning - dusty around edges and shower could perhaps use a good scrub - rusty soap holder attached to shower wall should be replaced. Overall for what was charged it was reasonable value. Just needs to put in a little extra effort.

Well equipped apartment, very comfortable stay easy walk to restaurants and port. Close to supermarket and overnight parking at port quite reasonable. Easy walk to buses and Alexis provided useful information in the apartment.

We arrived a bit to early, but that was not a problem. Good communication with the host!!

We could appreciate at little bit more housewares in the citchen. Except from that it was perfect!!
