stayed at the king whirlpool suite and it was amazing to have a nice working hot tub all to ourselves.

there were some issues with the door lock missing and the electrical box face plate was missing.

I am still waiting for a receipt from my stay. You had computer issues the morning I checked out and I was told you would email the receipt and I have still not received it.

"Nothing screams romance like moldy rooms"

Our a/c unit was loaded with black mold, I tried to have a romantic anniversary weekend with my wife. And on the site this was the only available room with a jet tub. So instead of saying something we just stayed. On top of that the sink wouldn't drain i had to repair that myself. Carpet all tore up around the jet tub and a bunch of black stuff came out of the jet tub when we started it. And stains everywhere on the carpet. And 3 of the 6 light in the room did not work. When I went to the counter at check out and notified them and asked if there could be any compensation for the room considering I paid almost 450 for 2 nights in this disgusting hotel because the pictures on the booking.com site didnt portray the room. They said it's all up to you. So a refund would be fantastic because it literally ruined my romantic anniversary. So please reach out to me I will gladly include pictures and videos.
