"Great Location for us, place clean, facilities average."

Close to where we needed to be. Room clean.

No one behind desk even with ringing the bell several times. Took about 10 minutes before someone who didn’t speak English to come. Took longer for him to get someone. We were the only guests there that night, the truth. Also, no exhaust fan in bathroom for anyone using the toilet or shower.

The hot tub is not functioning, this is not disclosed on their site. The advertised bar had its doors closed, they served beer from the front desk staff. Spoiled milk at the breakfast bar. The eggs & sausages were barely warm. Waffle mix from dispenser was a weird color so didn't use that. Coffee station trash lid was filthy and the bag was not emptied. Breakfast bar trash can also filthy.

"Waste of money and time"

It was quite

The room description said there was a fireplace in the room, no fireplace. I had a hot tub room and wasn't able to fill it up because hardly any hot water. And the hot tub in with the pool was empty. In my room 218 the carpet is damaged by the tub and has nails poking through i stepped on it and cut my heal. The bed was so hard not firm but old broken down hard. The breakfast was ok but at 730 the juice was gone. I paid almost 300.00 dollars to stay here and am so unhappy with my experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Quick and easy check in, and as we were leaving, the clean up guy found my fiancés AirPods still in the room and made sure to get them to us before we left.
