The pool didn’t seem very clean

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, speziell wenn man nur ein oder zwei Tage bleiben möchte. Der Strand liegt direkt gegenüber und ist für Hotelgäste kostenlos, aber Kreuzfahrer Spott.

Accesul la plaja este GRATUIT pentru cei cazati la DEJA RESORT, iar daca doresti umbrela si 2 sezlonguri costa 21 usd 2) Am avut all inclusiv , mincarea este f buna , gustoasa, meniu variat de la o zi la alta, servire la masa pentru bauturi 3) Spectacol seara cu muzica live jamaicana, foarte antrenant, cu animatoare superbe, cu dans ,gratar jamaican 4)Personal f amabil

The staff was amazing, friendly, kind, supportive and helpful. Most of all they were interacting with ALL of the guests. These are just a few: Ms Dahlia Walker, who made it her mission to meet and greet as many guests as possible. Taniki is an amazing dancer and has outstanding customer service. Loretta is DEFINITELY the hostess with the most energy and personality. Nelli is the counterpart to Loretta, their dynamic. Brandon, Kevon and Donavan are the BEST bartenders EVER with amazing personalities, chemistry and energy. All of these people made my trip and birthday UNFORGETTABLE.

I definitely will be staying at Deja Resort again due to their great service and professionalism and hospitality

I've stayed at this resort several times. And never with any disappointment. But I recently noticed that I cannot book a all inclusive with flight. I am travelling from Canada. Is this something to do with the Airlines? or the resort? I would love to come back very soon. I always travel for 2 weeks at a time and this is the only hotel I would stay at in Jamaica.

Located close to airport and Montego Bay

Service is far from reasonable, receptionist is not friendly and above all not helpful, I had a mistaken booking for one person instead of two, and paid accordingly, still they didn't care, just charged additional stay, without any support or contact booking.com. Food is just reasonable and mostly cold, often disappearing quickly, Facilities are not that good, needing a lot of renovation and care, it's noisy and uncomfortable. I strongly recommend to look for other options with same or lower price. Receptionist Mrs Taniki has no patience and courtesy with customers at all, shouldn't be in this business!! Mean people!!!
