Deja Resort All Inclusive

There was a lot more to this hotel than I expected, I even didn’t know it was an all-inclusive until I got there. They had buffet dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a lunch joint by the pool and unlimited free drinks all included. This resort is in the heart of the city, so everything was near- the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops and more. You get free access to Doctor Cove beach right across the street with and a free towel whenever you went. The resort was also a lot bigger than I expected, so much to it and had a unique and interesting layout. I luv all the diff outside seating areas they had to relax and eat a meal as well as the Bar area. Only thing I feel parts of the room need an upgrade like the bathroom, the fire alarm went off when I was taking a shower just because of the steam. Most of the employees where pleasant to name= Donovan and Andre, they’re all about giving good service and making sure you enjoy. I wished I booked my trip a day extra just to stay there longer. I feel I made the right choice and would stay here when coming back to Mobay.

I would like to recognize Crystal, the host in the dining room, Crystal is efficient, fast and customer friendly, she will get you seated as quickly as possible and she follows up with you to ensure that you are comfortable, she goes over and above to ensure that your dining experience is great, she's a great asset to the Deja Resort.

It wasn’t. High end hotel. But .., Very clean. Great staff. Chef was amazing with authentic Jamaican food. Bartenders were friendly and so quick to attend. Beach across the street was good. Loved the crossing guard set up. He was so attentive…. Entertainment was class act. Such a wonderful experience. And a great vacation. Loved every moment.

Wonderful staff and food choices. The hotel has a family feel. Doctors Cave beach nearby is an added bonus. The room was clean, had a nice balcony with table/chairs and the bathroom was spacious. Great value for money. Reggae music and cool staff make for a great Jamaican atmosphere!

We stayed 5 days & 4 nights. It was my first time there and my first time in Jamaica. 🇯🇲 overall our experience was great. There were a few hiccups but we tried to travel with an open mind and without American expectations. The only feedback I really have is it would be helpful if room service could attend to our rooms sooner. Many times our room was serviced well past 4pm an made our dinner plans on multiple nights have to be modified. Dion the Bellman is a hardworking man. He was very nice and professional and I wish he had some help. Check in was extremely busy and he was the only one for the day to move bags. Dexter was amazing! His omelettes were the highlight of each morning at breakfast. Siata is a very tentative server. I don’t think I remember his name (sorry) but the bartender with the purple fro hawk was super cool! Kenny is a great bartender The wonderful lady in charge of the karaoke on Friday night was awesome! The host at the buffets was amazing and friendly too

Dinner was fair , staff 10/10 and the West wing view was very good. It is cute that there was a snack/cafe area on every floor with a lounge area.

Water for bathing etc, air condition remote with batteries and other amenities that adds to a guest's comfort need to be monitored and breakfast lacked authentic Jamaican items that complete the experience.

The staff are really nice. Caring and friendly. There are enjoyable activities and programs. The food is really good. I will miss the goatcurry🤤

What do services and cleanness of the hotel I also I’m very impressed with one of your staff member in the dining area crystal very beautiful lady lovely personality,friendly accommodating, the food was great, the attention that the service gave to you in the dining area was much appreciative, I was very pleased and I will definitely be back this summer Moses
