The unit could use a bit of upkeep and modernization.

Villa really needed updates...painting and other work to make them worth the $200+ per night.

Great location and scenery. Villas could use some updating and directions for floorboard heater operations for guests to not overheat the villa.

This property is well maintained, unit has all kitchen necessities and quite spacious. My friends and I had a fabulous time and would definitely consider returning.

It was a nice visit and the staff was kind, but the building needs upgrading and it needs to be modernized for the price you pay. There are still wall units for heat and air (no central air or heat), which makes for very dry, loud heat. The sink is in the main bedroom and the bathroom is so small you can barely shut the door without standing on the toilet. You can hear everyone enter and walk around in the rooms above and beside you. It's not worth the money you spend.

The room felt outdated and had a musty smell. The bathroom was too small. The bed/sheets were very uncomfortable. I felt like I was in a motel. I expected more out of a “resort/spa.”

Great resort - needs a bit of updating. Old-fashioned coffee makers need to be replaced by Keurig.

Lovely setting despite rainy weather. Second time here since it is the closest hotel to relatives in the area. Once again the room smelled heavily like mildew. Metal stair trim was rusting. Doors to the room and within the room stuck very badly so hard to get in and out of the room - same with the bathroom. Looked like possible mold on the ceiling. The mildew odor is just very off putting. While the common areas in the lobby and restaurant are kept up nicely, the rooms are not. At a minimum the rooms need dehumidifiers to improve the situation.

Great location with nice accommodations. Dinner in th restaurant was lovely and wonderful service.

Nice place to get away. Needs updating in the main lodge. Spa staff very friendly and excellent massage services!
