Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa

Visited here for a three night break. On arrival there were no reception staff and I had to ask at the bar to get someone to check us in. No draught beer available only bottles which is Bizzare for a hotel of this standard. Met the barman Daniel who was fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming and made us feel very much at home. He couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast and dinner were faultless, very good quality and cooked exceptionally well. The restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. The food is very overpriced. £110 for a 16oz steak is what I would expect to pay in a top steak restaurant in central London. And then you have a 12.5% service charge on top! The Spa pool area and jacuzzi is tired and needs updating. The changing rooms and sauna were of good standard. The bedroom was nice and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We went to the bar after dinner one night about 2130 for a drink and nobody was there. I had to search the hotel for a member of staff for 10 minutes to no avail and ended up calling the hotel to find somebody. He was apologetic but still tried to charge a service charge for our drinks! The next night at the bar, Daniel had returned and made our night with his great service and conversation along side Liza who couldn’t do enough for us, they make a great team.

This stay was bought for us as part of our wedding celebration. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, helpful and friendly. We had booked the restaruant for lunch for 4 adults and one 9 year old. The food was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. Our waiter was inconspicuously present. Perfect for when we toasting etc. We used the spa area which was clean and well maintained. Lovely to relax in the pool. Before checking out, I have joined the spa/gym as I throughly enjoyed my time here. Would highly recommend who needs some me time. Many thanks to all the staff

We stayed at this lovely hotel for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The reception team was welcoming and friendly, the food was amazing, and the spa facilities were excellent. The bar and cocktails were also fantastic. It’s a beautiful place, and we will happily recommend it to our friends and family.

Wedding hospitality people bit abrupt When asked for a orange juice after wedding as all jugs empty And told no no more And Clean glass told no! Then some appeared. Apart from that all wedding coordinators To hotel team bar staff all very good.x

I had a fantastic meal at Rowhill. The food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive, with staff who were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great dining and excellent service

Breakfast wasn’t as good we would have liked

Went for afternoon tea and it was absolutely beautiful! The staff were so friendly and attentive. The cocktails were also amazing! Can’t wait to return!
