The trees in the atrium

The receptionist was very nasty and had a bad attitude didnโ€™t want to accommodate me and my family for the inconvenience of no hot tub that was advertised on the booking.com then the refund policy sucks i shouldnโ€™t have to wait til 830 am to get my deposit back tubs dirty
