I liked the courtesy van, staff and breakfast most of all which made up for the location that was not so good for the disabled ! It was amazing to have transportation in a foreign place. The staff was extremely courteous. This location was 6 times better than the Vegas location in all areas except for the more luxurious updated rooms in Vegas! I’d definitely stay here again!

There was really nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel other than…maybe the location(through the eyes of the disabled).The rooms weren’t updated enough. But were decent/good. I had absolutely no problems but I stayed at one in Vegas the day after I left Phoenix and….I walked into bad front desk service, non friendly staff(at least the guy that checked me in), no courtesy van, and no real choices at breakfast but an absolutely stunning room.
