All of the desk staffers were SO friendly and helpful! The woman shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport the afternoon of Sept. 17 was SO kind and welcoming. Riding in the shuttle from the airport to the hotel with her was a nice start to our visit. The location was GREAT for Chase Field—an easy walk. We were there to meet family at two games so it was very convenient for that.

The lobby/hallways/rooms could use some updating and more modern lighting.

Quand on paye 250$ par nuit c'est incompréhensible pour moi de devoir prendre son petit déjeuner dans une assiette en carton avec des couverts et verres en plastique... Pas d'offre de restauration en dehors du petit déjeuner
