The room smelled like smoked

We've just finished our nine day stay. Although the rooms were dated they were clean and comfortable. Used towels were taken away each day and not replaced so usually had to ask at reception every other day. The complementary breakfast however was diabolical. Not enough tables for everyone. Polystyrene plates, flimsy plastic cutlery and paper cups. The only "choice" each day was waffle, sugary cereal, eggs and sausage. Tea and coffee was in flasks and were normally cold. Seven floors and two very slow lifts. Could be waiting 15 minutes in a morning. The hotel is at the side of Old Town. Small town with shops, bars, restaurants and a fun fare. Good fun but noisy if you have a room at the front.

The staff was super, the hotel is older and out dated it can use a MAJOR refresh. The room was cleaned ( surface clean ) not deep cleaned. Regards to location and value for your money was very good.

The cleanliness of the room and out dated poorly done minor repairs.

Water issues, the halls smelt like weed the entire time and started to make the room smell. A/c didn’t work well. Breakfast was not very good.
