saludo es una pena que uno elija una app como booking y ello no puedan apoyar a su clinentes hice el reclamo ante de 24 hora que no pude dormi en este hotel Comfort Inn Kissimmee por el olor a humedad y los banos tapado y muy fuerte el olor en los pàsillo que nos pasamos las 1 noche y tubimos que salir de hotel urgente por que no se podia respira y esta aplicacion no me ayudo en nada y el hotel cobro todo sin querer cancelar sin usar las habitacion no lo recomiendo a ningunos de los 2

Hello, it's a shame that one chooses an app like Booking.com and they can't support their customers. I filed a complaint within 24 hours because I couldn't sleep at this Comfort Inn Kissimmee hotel due to the musty smell, the clogged bathrooms, and the very strong odor in the hallways where we spent the entire night. We had to leave the hotel urgently because it was unbearable. This app didn't help me at all, and the hotel charged us for everything without canceling, even though we didn't use the room. I don't recommend it to either of them.

I enjoyed my 2 days stay in your property. I felt safe and protected than where i had booked earlier.l had to cancel my stay there and chose comfort inn. My safety was more important & i got it at your property Thank you.

Hot tub was leaking and the bed was hard... hot and cold settings were on the wrong side.

The address was confusing as it’s nowhere near Buena Vista. The hotel was set well back off the road and so pretty quiet. The rooms were clean and tidy with toiletries, fridge and microwave. Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were clean. keys stopped working after one night. Got them re programmed and all was well. Price was very reasonable. Nice pool but not heated so too cold to use. Pity.

This property is quite a value, in my opinion. My room was clean and had very nice furnishings, including a large flat screen TV, fridge with freezer microwave oven and comfortable beds. I stayed four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Oh yes, the location is convenient to Disney, WallyWorld and a host of restaurants. The value will be obvious to anyone who chooses to stay here.
