Dirty, was charged twice for the room and still haven’t got that corrected, front staff was ( Peter) completely unaware of everything. He first tried to tell me that a passport was not a correct form of identification and that I needed a California license. I had to explain to him that was a stupid thing to even say because he eliminate a ton of customers. Second he could not refund me a room in exchange for another upgrade room. Terrible

The manager Mr Patel was extremely rude and can be a liability for this establishment. I felt discriminated against by Mr. Patel . It was totally obvious. I may be taking further legal action.

Rude front desk service during day. Tried to overcharge for snacks and drinks even though there was a price list. Comment during checkout they had to make sure I didn't steal from room. Horrible treatment.
