The TV was not fully setup. Not a huge deal.

We arrived at midnight on the first night of our stay and Mo was kind, helpful and friendly.She explained about the broken elevator and assured us it would be fixed in a day or so. We loved the exterior and the hallways were not bad. The room, however, was lacking. There were 2 beds and one had a severe hole in the center of the mattress the size of a beach ball. We checked the mattress, and it was dirty and very old. The pillows were FLAT. The dresser was falling apart, as was the headboards. There was a missing piece in the window blinds. The bathroom towels were threadbare and the shower curtain had two holes in it. The worst part of our stay was the weed wafting through the hallways. Pluses: the staff were all very friendly and accommodating when we requested extra pillows, an iron and towels. The hotel location was perfect with places to have lunch and dinner nearby. Recommend: a small lamp on the corner table, a clock on the night stand, a nice mirror on the wall near the desk, pictures on the wall above the headboard, definitely update the falling apart dresser and nightstand. Change out the terrible mattresses!

The rooms were in really bad shape My first room was very unclean dirty floors hair in the bathroom floor was really dirty The room was in really poor health got moved to another room night standing desk drawers were disgusting bathroom fan was leaking water very poor maintenance in that room as well

Location was the best

It was a short overnight stay but the mattress was very uncomfortable and the floor in our room was dirty.
