The staff was unprofessional and unpleasant. Although checkout was at 11 AM, housekeeping began knocking on my door as early as 10 AM. I informed her that I was getting ready to leave, but she returned again at 10:20 while I was in the process of exiting, which felt unnecessary and rushed. Additionally, the shower head was defective and sprayed water upward toward the ceiling, soaking my hair. There was also a disturbance involving another guest a few rooms away, which escalated from inside their room to the hallway and eventually outside. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during my stay. Overall, there were multiple issues that made the experience very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ended up NOT staying. We didn’t like anything.

Dirty, smelled, bugs in room, & old dirty looking bedding.

The room was not clean. The bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder were very rusted. Paint chipping on the walls. The bathroom door jamb was broke across the top. The bathroom door had dirty marks all over it. The bathroom floor looked like it had not had a good scrubbing in a very long time. There was no hairdryer, no microwave, no tissues, no iron or ironing board. The worst part was the bed. The mattress dipped/sagged on one side making it impossible for 2 people to sleep in it. No other comfortable chair to sit in. It felt like a barrick. Worst experience ever.
