"Disappointing"

Staff was friendly. Bathroom had hairs in tub from previous customer and the carpet felt damp. Room as very humid and hot even though thermostat set on 67. I've stayed at this location several times and have been pleased with each visit but this time was a little unpleasant

"Friendly staff!"

Stayed here one night and it was great. Very quiet room, comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Had a VERY minor issue with pull up knob for shower (which I reported as I checked out) but really no issues. When we checked in Serena was so friendly and pleasant. All the staff members were very attentive. Breakfast was Hampton fare which is good for me. Everything was well stocked and fresh. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We were there during the start of a heatwave when they temperatures were 90+ degrees when our AC in our room went out. They said they were at capacity so they gave us a fan and said we didn't have any other options. They next day once people checked out we were able to move rooms, so a smaller non suite room and they never mentioned any compensation for the trouble or bc we moved to a smaller room
