Hampton Inn Greensboro East / McLeansville

Excellent stop on our way to Philadelphia from Atlanta. Service dog friendly. Quick stop from I-95 and back on the road the next day. Staff super friendly.

There were no issues at all.

Just a basic hotel stay. Clean but worn out. Chairs in room were so stained we didn't want to use them. Expected more from a Hampton.

The front desk associate was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee were great and room was very clean.

Man at desk claimed we didn’t have a second room reserved even though we showed him confirmation. Said there was nothing we could do. Finally got the manager who after dealing with guy 1 for fifteen minutes, found the second reservation. No apology - just attitude. Made it clear we wanted the room cleaned I the morning and came home from event- room not made up. Again, no apology.

It was close to where we needed to be. The free breakfast in the morning was good. I got to pick my room before I checked in. Our room was big. It was quiet on the inside.

The water pressure was horrible. It took a while for the hot water to heat up for the sink. There wasn't any hand soap when we 1st got in the room, so we had to go to the front desk. The fridge didn't get the sodas cold, after being in there for over a day. The carpet is carpet squares that just fit on the floor, so when I picked up my bag, one came up with it, and I had to put it back in. There weren't enough towels or washcloths for 2 days, so we had to get some more. For the price I paid, and the fact that it's a Hampton Inn & Suites, I expected more.

Came into town for a weekend youth soccer tournament. Worst customer service ever!! A member of our party had difficulty checking into their because her boyfriend had booked the room and he wasn’t present. Although he called and gave the OK, AND corporate was called who also gave the OK, the manager at the front desk STILL would not let her check in. She had to go somewhere else, which was best anyway since the ice machines are broken and the bathroom light in the lobby is out. Place is a mess!

Came here for a team soccer event. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE and we travel frequently. Do yourself favor….its not just a crappy Hampton inn….its one of the worst hotels you could possibly book. Disgusting and horrendous customer service.

1st room - tv and phone did not work. 2nd room - shower and phone did not work. Non responsive staff. Worst Hampton ever. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The young man (I think his name was Darius - I’m bad with names) who checked us in was fantastic. Very pleasant, extremely kind. Everyone I came in contact with during our stay was great. There was a problem with our first room but Darius resolved it quickly. The room we moved into was fine, but the sink faucet was not working, the water came out in all directions instead of a steady stream. Also there was a crack in the shower wall but it didn’t impede anyone from taking a shower. I did not inform the front desk staff bc it was not a big deal. Breakfast was really good. A little more attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the hotel. Also one of the outside doors did not open with the room key but there was a visible gap in the door that could be broken into if someone wanted in bad enough.
