I had a few issues when i first arrived but the lovely manager soon put those straight It was lovely to feel listened too, Food in this hotel is amazing both restaurants are well worth a visit Pool area a lovely touch as well

Broken tiles next to the toilet, broken shower as water leaks from the top. Room was tiny. Overpriced for what it was. Won't be returning.

"Lovely Art Deco Hotel "

The Cumberland is still one of the "better" hotels in Bournemouth, however the East Cliff area is somewhat run down with a few very run down or disused hotels. I had a single room which was compact but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the towels were some of the best I've had in a hotel of late. Guest areas are kept clean & tidy and the swimming pool area looked good, I didn't use the pool.
