Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang

Relaxing trip with the family. Great facilities and fabulous accommodation.

Beautiful place. Expected to be more up to date for a five star hotel. Ceiling, trims, need more cleaning and paint deatail. The door lock broken, the staffs informed will be fix but never did during my stay.

Checking in was a disaster, the staff were clueless with no organisation at all. There was little to no information about the hotels facilities and location of activities, areas and amenities. Most of the restaurants were closed and there was little variability between the dining and food options.

Attached to the Vin Pearl Amusement Park. Whole island has a isolated feel. 'VinPearl World' is not going to give you a typical look at Vietnamese Life at all. The hotel is full of Russians and Chinese, neither are very friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool and beach in July are super hot 40+* so fairly empty in the middle of the day. Best part of the 2nights/3 days? The waterpark and inflatables on the water. Super fun. Just be aware of the Chinese who hog all the slide mats and rings. And go early because its darn hot!!

Not very Australian orientated (many Russian and Chinese). Very little advice or instructions on Hotel facilities. Fantastic location and really nice staff (both local and Russian). We stayed 8 days and food was nice however very monotonous. Not much variety. No ATM facilities. It appeared that all other guests had all meals included and access to Vin Pearl Land with their package. We felt quite alienated from other guests. Otherwise this was a beautiful location with excellent facilities. Would stay there again however would be more experienced with package inclusions next time as we had no access to cable car or ATM facilities without paying to get in to Amusement Park.

I travel a lot and seen many resorts and this place has everything to please every member of any family. A true pearl in VN.

Nice hotel. Nice and super friendly staff. We were however disappointed with the condition of the beach. We expected the beach to be much cleaner considering the resort is on an isolated island and has a private beach. The staff was working hard to remove trash being washed up on the sand each day. But the fact that there was trash to remove and to clean shows the ocean water in that area is not clean. Water was murky for most days we were there. We saw diapers, lots of plastic bags, bottles, vegetables etc.. being washed up on the sand. Not a fault of the hotel, unfortunately just the quality of beach in Vietnam in general.

. Broken luggage by boat staff tried to slip past me without informing me. Mattress wore out.

Great resort, The scenery was very nice the beach is nice and the food is great.
