"Slept well. Room was comfortable. Unable to bathe."

Bed and location.

Water damage and mold above shower head. Shower was non functioning. More water damage above the sink. Smoke alarm not functioning. It was July so 90+ degrees and I had to bird bath it in the sink. Fan in bathroom sounded like it was about to die but not before starting a fire.

"Worse stay I’ve had"

The location was good.

The room was swept, the shower curtain wasn’t cleaned, the door had a huge gap in it and didn’t look safe, and the tv only worked half the time.

"Nice stay was upset about pool."

The location was great as well as the customer service rooms were clean. What food they had was good.

TV remote did not work pool was closed down covered advertised having pool was upset about that. Maintenace needed to some areas of the building refrigerator would rock when you tried to open it off level be nice add few more things to breakfast as well.

"This was by far the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. The deposit required"

The staff was somewhat friendly

The first room had dirty sheets ( there was a stain on the sheets and hair) and the refrigerator was frozen over floor was sticky …also a another issue is that they charged us a $250 deposit up front and this was not stated on the website it was late so we went aheadand paid the deposit but that’s crazy the deposit was more than the room cost and honestly judging by status of the furniture and everything there I doubt anything in the room cost more than $100 🙄 overpriced for such a cheap run down hotel I booked last minute so I didn’t read the reviews…do yourself a favor Do not go here …oh and the breakfast was a joke apples and toast with coffee and the waffle station was out of everything at 7:30 am …yeah stay anywhere but here.

"Charged twice and never got a refund"

I used booking.com to book the room. They charged me twice! Booking charged me once and then they charged me again at check-in. They made it impossible for me to get a refund so I paid $300 for a one night stay in a crappy hotel. Will never stay here again and won't use booking.com again.

Did not ear bfast while there

No hot water for shower, bathroom shower stall floor very nasty and slick had to put towel down to keep from slipping. Shower drain was stopped up water backed up to end of shower wall dirty water on feet as trying to shower. Will not stay there again.
