When I checked in to a room at 11pm at night I went to bed and wake up to take a shower and there was no towels or wash rags or any sort in my room and when I went to the front desk to ask for towels they said all towels was dirty and in the washer and dryer so then I checked in paid $100 for a room that had no towels no toilet paper dirty bed sheets had to go buy my own blanket it was very very unhappy for $105 was was not worth my money I would not have paid $45 for that hotel. And then the people at the front cast was very hostile towards me and had no respect for me or my business there at their hotel. Will never go back and put a very bad review of that hotel online. I was told the Wi-Fi was down there was no Wi-Fi and the cable was out so I cannot watch no TV or nothing. I was absolutely very unhappy with my stay. Will never stay again. To be honest if booking.com is allowing a hotel like that to be on their site I don't know if I will be using booking.com again. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the United States and over my 38 years of living this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

When i checked into my room the lady at the front desk was very nice. When i got into my room i noticed light bulbs missing and not working. The tv had no single and after telling the front desk they said it would get fixed. When i got back to my room a few hours later the card reader on the door would not work and the tv still had no signal. I went to take a shower and there was no clean towels and hair all in the bath tube. The people working there are very nice but the hotel could really use some work.

This is a nice little clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. Gravy biscuits, fresh waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, muffins. I highly recommend staying here!

Key not programmed, no towels, no tv (would not turn on), no receipt. Will never use Q Inn at Albertville again. Never had this kind of experience at Q Inn before.

The Toilet was clogged. No WIFI. Tv didn't work. The refrigerator fell out of the cabinet it was in when we opened the door. Deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock. Sheets had stains on them. The pillows were super small.
