Four Points by Sheraton Mt Prospect O'Hare

It was real quit and cleaned only thing was the website said pool was open but it was not when we stayed but the from desk did give us a free meal ticket but she had a group of 3 kids and two adults over all it was nice

Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever been to, and for the price they are charging they should be ashamed. It should have been a sign not to check in when the front desk's credit card machines weren't working. The first room we were put into had a funky smell of mold and something else awful, and the maintenance had left an air purifier in the room that looked like it was from the 50s. The shower was literally a hole on the floor with a curtain and some sort of solo wooden bench. After going to the front desk to complain, I was given a second room with two beds. It still smelled but not as bad. The room did not appear to be fully cleaned and the bathroom had a used soap bar in the shower. The toilet rocked when you used it, and the shower knob fell off when you grabbed it. The worst part however was when we found someones cockring in one of the two beds. Needless to say we ended up leaving early the next morning. This hotel was on par with what I would expect from a sleazy $50 motel, not a $150 hotel. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place.

The staff was very friendly, and my room was a pretty average room. It was clean, but it seemed like the room had previous water damage or something and there were a couple of holes in the walls. My friends, on the other hand, had a nightmare room twice in a row. We all checked out early to stay at a different hotel. So I would say this hotel is hit or miss.

Advertised as airport hotel with airport shuttle service yet only has one airport run per hour. It’s a bit dingy for the amount of money paid for one night. I’d only recommend it if all the other airport hotels are fully booked.

Room was nice and clean.

Close to my work, convenient to the airport, rooms are great and staff are very friendly.

My room was on the first floor and free parking

No dislikes

Handy hotel for overnight stay. Not much to do but good bus service for my needs. Bit pricey taxi but not excessive cost. Would recommend
