"Rude staff & no help."

It was a good neighborhood

staff was rude , staff aren’t correctly trained i called a week in advance before booking to be sure a 20 year old was allowed to check in and i was told “yes wouldn’t be a problem “ then i get there to check in & all of a sudden the policy is different and there’s nothing the staff can do.
