The rooms need to be upgraded…tv didn’t show good it was freezing a lot

Breakfast on Monday was fine when I went to breakfast on Tuesday there were no eggs there were only biscuits gravy and cereal. I had to ask for ketchup and was given two packs. The toilet in our room was corroded.

The pic shows one wipe of the bathroom door. We had to buy cleaning supplies then clean. Bathroom had dried urine everywhere. This is the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The room was ok but needed air freshener to remove the tobacco smell from our non-smoking room. It definitely smelled like a smoking room.

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were holes in the bathroom door, urine stains on bathroom walls and door, cold around the tub. I could go on. I wiped the bathroom floor down the rags. The rags were almost black once I finished cleaning.
