Room smell like humidity and foot smell it was horrible. Attendant seem extremely stone and was very rude

It would becnice if house keeping knocked on the door before opening the door to the room.

It was a smoking room so I expected the smoke odor but it was really bad!

Staff was very friendly and professional. We were there because of hurricane evacuation in Florida and they were very accommodating.

It wasn’t loud and the employees were nice.

Our covers had cigarette burns, mold on the bathroom wall and dead roaches under the cabinets and in drawers. There was a hurricane coming so with children I didn’t want to leave and not have anywhere else to go, but having a non smoking room with cigarette burns in the covers wasn’t expected and dead roaches and mold.

Room had a very Musky and Smelled like it was a smoking room. No Room Service. Had to Ask for Towels After a 3 day Stay...

All covers with cigarettes burns needs to be places in rooms for smokers. Alot of burn holes in covers.
