"Returning to beautiful views"

We love this resort! We hadn’t stayed here in 7 years but we were so happy to be back. There are a few upgrades needed and unfortunately several amenities were closed during our stay which was disappointing. Highlights were the paint and sip night on the rooftop. Our daughter loved participating and the views of the sunset are always amazing. Emily at the front desk was friendly and a great paint night host. Oziel at the valet was fantastic and always greeted us with a smile. We look forward to our next visit.

Location of this hotel is great!! The service from staff is always above and beyond. The atmosphere is cozy and the rooms are a great value for the money. It’s always very clean and the noise level is always very low. The amenities are fun as they have a guest social hour with drinks and snacks.

"Very pleasant hotel and staff. I wish I could have stayed another night."

Very nice hotel right on Imperial Beachfront . Comfortable room with a bedroom and living room. Great, friendly staff including Emeli at the front desk. The in-room coffee maker wasn’t working and she quickly came herself to discover it needed to be plugged in but the dresser it was on was much to heavy for me to move. But Emeli moved it, plugged in the coffee maker and apologized for the inconvenience. When I checks out, she was at the front desk and apologized again telling me that she had alerted housekeeping to make sure all coffee makers are plugged in. It’s not really that big a problem but having it resolved so quickly was perfect.

"5 Star Getaway"

My wife picked this spot and I’m happy she did. Great staff, perfect view from a really nice room. And Oziel helped us with our vehicle and luggage when leaving, he’s great.
