The staff amazing friendly ready to help and assist really made our stay the most memorable and the the food, dinner and breakfast wow! was amazing. The room amenities was an absolute suprize and the most memorable what a great suprize and stay. The Friday night opera was amazing and great suprize highly recommended and will definitely return to enjoy it and stay again.

The view is everything. We were upgraded to a suite with a wraparound harbour view and an enormous deck. Autumn sunshine filled the seating area, and there was so much to watch. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and there were personal messages and a sweet treat for my husband who had a big birthday. Enjoyed the Bellini bar drinks and kumara fries, and a really good buffet breakfast next morning. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was everything you could want.

Some of the furniture and carpet is looking a bit tired now, but we didn't really mind.
