"Unsatisfactory and disappointing"

Obiecywano transfer z lotniska 24/7 na czym bardzo mi zależało, bo przylot był w nocy, o czym hotel został poinformowany. Okazało się, że hotel nie ma obiecanego kierowcy, bo ten jest na wakacjach (to żart!!!). Opcjonalnie miała być taksówka na koszt hotelu, ale tego też recepcja nie załatwiła, a przed lotniskiem nie było taksówek. Jedyne co doradziła recepcja to spacer z kilkoma ciężkimi bagażami w środku nocy do hotelu, "bo to niedaleko". Kolejny gorzki żart!!! Obiecane śniadanie nie było "dostępne", jedna osoba w wolnym tempie szykowała tosty, a kolejka oczekujących była długa. Inne opcje (np. jogurt) były płatne. Po co oferować śniadanie, skoro klient nie jest w stanie z tego skorzystać?

I was provided a room facing the highway which could be the one of the worst in the property. It was noisy due to both the highway and the AC machines just in front of the room. There was also a some system giving some kind of smoke in front of the room

Check in was delayed 30 mins. Not a biggie, but an inconvenience. Room key didn't work all the time. Lastly, and this was the worst of it ac in room didn't work great. Made the night miserable and sticky. Not impressed.
