"We did what we had to do and found the locals were surprisingly friendly in helping us."

Staff were good. Near the city centre. Interesting locations within walking distance of the hotel. Decent Breakfast. Room was clean.

Hotel was difficult to find. The staff at the hotel might want to take note of that. We spent about an hour trying to find it. Unless you know Edinburgh's street layout you can get lost in the maze of back alleys.

"Hôtel proche de la veille ville"

La proximité avec la vieux ville et tous ses sites

Peut être le bruit le soir car l'hôtel est collé à un pub qui est ouvert donc du bruit mais cela ne nous a pas gêné plus que ça

"Zentrale Unterkunft mit lebhaftem Hostel-Charakter"

Die Unterkunft hat eher einen lebhaften Hostel-Charakter und eignet sich vermutlich gut für Gäste, die das Nachtleben in Edinburgh genießen möchten. Das Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Zimmer entsprach hinsichtlich der Größe der Beschreibung.

Für uns war die Unterkunft insgesamt leider recht laut. Durch den direkt angrenzenden Club war bis spät in die Nacht sehr laute Musik zu hören, wodurch der Schlafkomfort deutlich beeinträchtigt wurde. Zudem war die Lage unseres Zimmers ungünstig (Zimmer 209) da sich direkt vor dem Fenster ein Parkplatz befand. Auch Sauberkeit und allgemeiner Zustand der Unterkunft hätten aus unserer Sicht an einigen Stellen sorgfältiger beziehungsweise gepflegter sein können. Der Service wirkte zudem je nach Mitarbeiter unterschiedlich engagiert.
