Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa

It was clean and had great amenities

They had a loud event going on and the music was so loud that my child and I couldn’t sleep. It finally stopped after midnight. I asked an employee who told me the Waterford speed way was having an event even though there is a quiet time at the hotel. It doesn’t pertain to events. I also tried to have the hotel and bookings.com make it right since I got no sleep and had a child up too but both the hotel and booking.com did nothing to resolve the issue. I called multiple people and emailed and got the run around. Not impressed with booking.com at all.

I liked the room we stayed in. It was clean and modern.

I didn’t like the bed and the tv had limited channels and most of them didn’t work.

The facility was very nice, even though they were doing construction. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was great.

The bed was too low and soft. The pillows were terrible. We could hear our neighbor's conversations, television, coughing, etc thru the walls. The restaurant was too expensive for the offerings. The hotel charged extra fees and was too expensive for what was provided. Disappointed as we went away for our anniversary and the hotel was not up to par.

The room was updated and clean. Tv easy to operate.

The starbucks and maybe the restaurant were being renovated, so access was tricky. Also, we stayed in a room next to the ice machine and elevator, so, you know...

Hotel hall / room very dark Needed a cart for my luggage and the location to park and lack of carts accessible in front of hotel made it difficult/ inconvenient
