After prepaying with booking.com when I got to the hotel. They charged me again. So I paid over $500 for 1 night. Did not get reimbursed at nothing yet. That is absurd.

Great location. Clean and quiet hotel. Modern rooms. Good restaurant.

Breakfast was a disaster because three people called out and were short-staffed. Felt decision should have made it buffet only rather than making people wait or turning people away. We know this was an unforeseen event but should have handled the situation better. The dinner the night before was delicious and efficient! And it was hard to find a light as nightlight at bedtime in room. All LED were so bright.

Convenient location, good facilities, clean rooms.

This was a pretty basic Marriott in our experience, and was overpriced for the quality of our stay. The room was incredibly loud. It didn’t help that we were placed by the loft which was massively loud when people were getting on and off which was very often. The mini fridge was loud and the staff were really not very welcoming at all. The service in the restaurant was passable but not good and it was quite cold in there. Food was good but pricey. Lots of people with coats and jackets on. I think you could definitely get more for your money in Mystic (which is a beautiful place).

Die Möbel in der Lobby sind verschmutzt und abgewohnt. Leider hat dieses Hotel einen viel niedrigeren Standard als Marriott in Europa. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und überteuert
