Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa

Our room was very quiet despite the fact that there was a national dance competition taking place. I doubt they’ll ever get all of the sequins and glitter out of the carpets.

Restaurant not open for lunch on weekend No where to get anything to eat unless you drive 15 minutes Housekeeping never shows up till 4 in afternoon Felt like a Hampton inn rather than a Marriott spa hotel.

Also, as an "Expedia Platinum Member," I should be receiving "Free Room Upgrades", in addition to other perks. Called Expedia, they were useless, barely spoke English & read verbatim what Expedia posts online about VIP status & upgrades. Had no choice but to book the suite prior to arrival, or it wouldn't have been available. (I should be compensated for the difference.) I've spent a great deal of money to earn Platinum Status to not reap any it's benefits. Aside from that, the room was so filthy, we were originally planning on staying 4-5 nights, but left after one. Black mold in the bathroom. Floors were so dirty & they had spilt stains that were never cleaned up & dried sticky. Should be receiving a full refund!!!!

The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping was cheerful and helpful. The pool was fantastic and relaxing. Everything was clean, and our breakfast each day was awesome. We will definitely return for another getaway. I will absolutely share our great experience with family and friends.

Terrific room. Very comfortable bed.

No microwave. In room coffee maker was cheap quality. Toilet ran continuously. Body wash/shampoo/conditioner was of lesser quality. Bathroom caulking was poorly done

Check-in staff was not friendly or helpful. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and the rooms were decently clean. The beds were a little hard for our liking but we still slept fine. When I called after checking out to get a list of incidentals, I was told they would be emailed and I never received the email. This overall wasn't a Bad experience, but it wasn't a Good one, either.

The hotel was very close to all the top attractions and the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. Biggest issue was the hotel did not enforce the 10pm-8am quiet time which was frustrating. People making loud noise 2 out of our 3 nights until 1am-2am and then babies crying in the hallway at 6am, which was very loud in the rooms.

Hotel is nice - overpriced - the bed was terrible - springs in the bed - my view was of the roof ! Paid 330 for the this room- rip off Front desk lady was rude too
